Živjo! Na računalnik se mi je namestil ta program, pa ga nikakor ne morem zbrisati. Kakšna ideja in kakšen program sploh to je? Hvala.

1. Please reboot your computer into Safe Mode. You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode then hit enter.

2. Run HijackThis, Click Scan and place a checkmark beside the following lines

O2 – BHO: RXResultTracker Class – {59879FA4-4790-461c-A1CC-4EC4DE4CA483} – C:\PROGRA~1\RXTOOL~1\sfcont.dll (file missing)

O4 – HKCU\..\Run: [tbon] C:\Program Files\TBONBin\tbon.exe /r

O16 – DPF: {200B3EE9-7242-4EFD-B1E4-D97EE825BA53} (VerifyGMN Class) – http://h20270.www2.hp.com/ediags/gmn/insta…staller_gmn.cab

O18 – Filter: text/html – {2AB289AE-4B90-4281-B2AE-1F4BB034B647} – C:\PROGRA~1\RXTOOL~1\sfcont.dll

Make sure all windows are closed and click Fix Checked.

3. Reconfigure Windows XP to show hidden files:
Click Start. Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options. Select the View Tab.

Under the Hidden files and folders heading select “Show hidden files and folders”.
Uncheck the “Hide protected operating system files (recommended)” option.
Uncheck the “Hide file extensions for known file types” option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.

4. Go to My Computer and delete the following folders

C:\Program Files\TBONBin

and also

C:\Program Files\RXTOOL~1
Look for the folder starting with Rxtool and delete it if present.
