Changing Your Reservation With Ryanair
Don’t waste your money – if you can’t make the Ryanair flight that you’ve booked – change it to one that you can. And if you can’t make the flight at all change the name on the booking to someone who can.

How do I view my booking online?

Complete the security questions relating to the booking that you wish to retrieve. Select the View Booking Button to simply view your booking. If you wish to Change your booking select the Change Booking Button.

What do I do if I cannot retrieve my booking?

If you have any difficulty retrieving your booking you can make changes through your local Ryanair reservations centre click here.

Can I change my booking if it includes Car Hire and/or Travel Insurance?

If you have booked car hire or travel insurance through your local Ryanair reservations centre, you will be unable to retrieve your booking online. Please contact your local Ryanair reservations centre click here.

Can I change a flight date or time?

Flight dates and times are changeable subject to availability, a change fee and an upgrade fee if applicable.

Where can I change a flight date or time?

You can change your booking online up to 12 hours prior to scheduled departure. Between 12 and 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure you can change your booking by contacting your local Ryanair reservations centre, subject to call centre opening hours, click here.

Will all the passengers in my Booking be changed?

When changing your booking online, all passengers in the reservation will be changed to the new flight date and time.

I only want change the Booking date or time for some of the passengers?

If you do not wish all passengers to be changed, you must contact your local Ryanair reservations centre, subject to call centre opening hours, click here
Web fares and discounts do not apply.

Where is the cheapest place to change my booking?

To avail of our cheapest fares you must process your change on line. Web fares/discounts are not available through our reservations centre.

How much will a Flight date/time change cost?

Changing online -There is a change fee charge of £10/€15 (or local currency equivalent) per flight sector and per person. You will also be charged the difference in price between the original fare paid and the lowest available fare for the new booking at the time. If the available fare is lower on the new flight, no refund will be made.

Changing via Reservation centre -There is a change fee charge of £20/€30 (or local currency equivalent) per flight sector and per person. You will also be charged the difference in price between the original fare paid and the lowest available fare for the new booking at the time. If the available fare is lower on the new flight, no refund will be made. Web only fares are not available via the call centre.

What should I do if my payment has been declined during the change process online?

If your payment is declined during the change process on line, you will receive the following message on your screen. Please follow these instructions

Your flight/s changes have been made.

Your original flight/s are no longer booked.

You will be returned to the payment page – please enter an alternative form of payment or for assistance please call 00 353 1 609 7869

(Open Monday to Saturday 0900 to 1745 & Sunday 1000 to 1745 – GMT)

Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled.

Can I change a name on a booking?

Yes, however name changes can only be made in our Reservation centre subject to call centre opening hours, click here. Names of passengers may be changed, up to 3 hrs, prior to the scheduled departure time (subject to availability & call centre opening hours). Web only fares/discounts are not available when recalculating name changes.

How much will a name change cost?

A name change fee of £15.00/€25 (or local currency equivalent) per person will apply. In addition, if there is a difference between the original fare paid and the current fare available at the time the change is made, the customer will be liable for the increase in fare. If a customer wishes to change a traveller’s name on a flight that is full, then any price difference to be paid will be based on the highest fare applicable for the route booked.

Can I change a name on a booking that has been partially used?

No, name changes are not possible if any flight sector in the booking has been flown.

Can I change a name on a booking with unused flight sectors for a departure date in the past?

No, name changes are not possible if any unused flight sector is in the past.
