Marmelada iz vrtnic
Prosim za recept za marmelado iz vrtnic.
Pred približno štirinajstimi dnevi je bila na TV Paprika oddaja Recepti Evrope (verjetno to oddajo predvajajo še na kateri lokalni TV). Začetek oddaje sem zamudila. Med oddajo je bila omenjena marmelada iz vrtnic in kuhar je povedal recept za pripravo marmelade iz vrtnic (ni jo pripravljal). No, upala sem, da bo ponovitev te oddaje in da si bom lahko točno zapisala recept. Ponovitve te oddaje nisem dočakala. Ponavljali so starejše oddaje, sedaj pa vrtijo novo oddajo.
Priporočam se za kakršenkoli recept za marmelado iz vrtnic. Soseda ima na vrtičku dišeče vrtnice in mislim, da so ravno prave za pripravo marmelade. Manjka samo še recept in pomlad z dišečimi vrtnicami.
Žal ne obvladam nemščine. Sreča pa je v tem, da obstajajo avtomatski prevajalniki. Prilagam tri recepte v prevedeni angleščini za vse tiste, ki jih to zanima in ne znajo nemščine.
Rose jam

Added:
Petals of 40 smell roses
250 g sugars
then:
1000 g gelling sugar
Juice of 5 lemons
Preparation:
Rose petals carefully wash, well to drip off leave. Mix and by a chopping wolf in a dish with 250 g turn sugars. From this rose mash one gives 3/4 litre to a pot, adds the juice of 5 lemons and 1 kg to gelling sugars and lets the mass on the stove approx. 7 minute cook.
Hot into glasses fill and lock immediately.

Added:
approx. 150 g rose blooms of smell roses
1 kg of gelling sugar
3/4 l water
Juice of 3 lemons or 1 teeloeffel crystalline citric acid
as desired:
2 Broeckchen ginger
Preparation:
The water to cooking bring and the rose blooms in-give. Add as desired the ginger. Everything well to boil up leave. The petals abseihen. Give lemon juice or the citric acid to the liquid. To cool off leave.
Into the liquid cooled off (1 ltr.) the gelling sugar give and under constant agitating to cooking bring. 4 minutes through-cook. Immediately into glasses fill and lock.
Rose jelly with red wine

Added:
15 rose blooms of smell roses
1/4 l red wine
3/4 l water
Juice of 4 lemons
2 Broeckchen ginger
1 kg of sugar
Preparation:
Washed rose petals with red wine, water, lemon juice and the ginger into a lockable dish to give and over night pull leave.
On the next day heat everything up up to the boiling point and abseihen afterwards. leave to heat up and 4 minutes mix the liquid with the gelling sugar gushing cook.
Immediately into glasses fill and lock.
