Zloraba kartice?

Danes pogledam spletno banko in me je skoraj kap. Cel kup transakcij za google Gameloft!!! Kako, kdaj, kako? Transakcije so tudi po 40 evrov. Tudi če bi se otroci igrali, bi bile cifre nižje. Sem poskusila sama kupit igrico, pa zahteva številko kartice. Novih aplikacij na telefonu ni, podatkov o nakupih v Google Play ni. Kartica je že blokirana, ampak kam jaz zdaj to reklamiram, če niti ne vem, kje je bilo kupljeno? Help!!!!! Na banki mi ne morejo pomagat najti strani. Je imel kdo podoben primer?

Si kdaj slišala da se prijavi policiji?

Na banki ni bilo govora o policiji, oni rešujejo. Samo jaz moram oddati pritožbo, da vedo, da sem urgirala. Ampak kakorkoli poskušam zapraviti denar za igrice, zahteva številko kartice.

Sicer ni ista firma, je pa tudi prek googla, ampak temu človeku je problem uspelo rešiti takole:

WHAT I DID – I found the company’s website and I contacted them by e-mail, explaining that I had an unauthorized charge on my debit card and could they help me? They responded within an hour. They told me when the item was purchased, what was purchased, the cost, and where it was to be shipped. Now I have an address to work with to report this unauthorized use of my card. They were kind enough to cancel the transaction, since the product wasn’t shipped yet.

I tried calling them, without any quick response, so I them found their website and e-mailed them.

Someone is using my card that is not authorized. I think that I am going to cancel the card and request a new one. I spoke to the bank about all of this prior to my finding the website.

I hope this helps. Maybe the company needs to know that there has been a security breech, so if we all report it, it will help. I’m not familiar with identity theft – thank God – and I hope this is all that I ever have to know about it.

Ja, točno tako je, po več odtegljajev enakega zneska. No, vsaj pritožbeno stran mi je uspelo izbrskat.

Preverjajte stanje na karticah!!

Moji podatki o kartici niso povezani z google računom, pa jim je vseeno nekako uspelo potegnit dol.

si kdaj kaj plačevala s kreditno kartico prek telefona?

nekje so do podatkov o kartici morali priti.

Najprej se z otroki pogovorim. :))) Potem pa dalje.
