Če bi učitelj predlagal

Prebarala sem zanimivo zgodbico. Kaj bi naredili, če bi učitelj v vašem razdredu predlagal kaj podobnega – recimo pri angleščini ali slovenščini ali matematiki.

 

An economics professor at a local college made a statement that she had never failed a single student before, but had recently failed an entire class. That class had insisted that socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer.

The professor then said, “OK, we will have an experiment in this class on this plan”. All grades will be averaged and everyone will receive the same grade so no one will fail and no one will receive an A…. (substituting grades for dollars — something closer to home and more readily understood by all).

After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little.

The second test average was a D! No one was happy. When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.

As the tests proceeded, the scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else. Next test they faild all.

Saj to se vidi tudi v življenju, v praksi. Če se družiš z vedoželjnimi, te vleče v to smer, da se še ti bolj trudiš.

Če si med samimi odločbarji, te mine trud, ker vidiš, da je odločbarjem podarjeno. Marsikaj bi lahko bilo iz tebe, če si v pravem okolju. Če si z nekimi primitivci, se jim postopoma prilagodiš, hočeš ali nočeš.

Potem greš delat in se trudiš, pa vidiš, da odločbarji nič ne delajo, mešajo meglo, si prilagajajo urnik, zamujajo, prej odhajajo, delo ni narejeno. Pol ga narediš ti.

In tako je v vsaki firmi. Medicinske sestre se spravljajo na ta pridno, ker ta pridna nima izbire. Se trudi. Čez nekaj časa vidi, da ima isto plačo kot sodelavke in se neha trudit, naredi minimalno.

Potem so pacienti posrani, poscani in neumiti. Po navadi sorodniki težijo tej pridni medicinski sestri, ne pa tistim, ki se svaljkajo po DSO in nič ne delajo.

Ali pa ta pridni dajejo odpoved in hodijo drugam. Potem ugotovijo, da so zamenjali že 10 firm in je povsod ISTO.

In potem standard pada. Odkar smo v EU, 20 let, je standard PADEL.

Ja, to je v bistvu povsod problem, od najnižje “celice” družine, do velikih sistemov kot so korporacije in javni sektor. Ker je pravo meritokracijo zelo težko izvajati. Tudi, če bi imeli 100% uvid v to, kaj je nekdo naredil, ga še vedno ne bi mogli plačati glede na učinek, ker bi amorfna gmota ogorčeno zahtevala, da toliko več pa že ni vredno njegovo/njeno delo. A dejansko je marsikje tako, da je od enega 10x večji učinek kot od drugih. Pa si ga kdo upa plačati 10x več?

Saj bi še šlo… če ne bi bilo npr. ritoliznikov in hvatačev krivin s petkami.

 

Oz. bogatenja na tujih žuljih.

 

Ni vse črno belo in jebi se s tem ameriškim sranjem.

učitelj je zgrešil koncept socializma

Zato pa sem proti UTD

Bla bla.. v socializmu smo vsi imeli vse, kar smo potrebovali, otroci v šolah ocene kot so jih zaslužili brez usodnih posledic, plače v godpodarstvu 1x večje kot v javni upravi, goljufivih privatnikov, ki utajujejo davke ni bilo, ker so bile samo velike, močne, državne firme.. pri vseh osnovnih zadevah je bila Slovenija, če ne Slovenija, pa Jugoslavija samozadostna. Stanovanja in službe so imeli vsi. Kaj bi še rad? Ta profesor ni živel v Jugi, ampak verjetno nekje na Zahodu ali ZDA, Jugo, komunizem in socializem in ko je poznal samo iz knjig in pripovedovanj iz tretje roke.

Zdaj pa še normalnih kavbojk ne moreš kupiti, ne da se ti strgajo po dveh nošenjih. Otroške žametne hlače so zdržale 5 otrok. Ni primerjave.

Ampak hoteli smo globalizacijo, imamo jo s plusi in minusi, poti nazaj ni, vračila migrantov ni, .. ne moremo imeti vsega in plačati nič.
