Jaz pa ne najdem recepta…..:(
Zadnjič sem prosila Nyah za recept za Jamiejevo juho iz čičerike in pora in korenčkovo juho, in napisala je da je recept poslala v bazo…..Babi, če sem prav razumela si ti rekla da si ga že prebrala, torej kaj je zdaj narobe? zakaj ga meni ne pokaže? če se da, bi prosila za link do tja………ppprrooosiiiimmm.

Evo, našla na internetu, sicer ni v slovenščini, a upam, da ti bo vseeno v pomoč.
CHICKPEA AND LEEK SOUP (serves six) – a recipe by Jamie Oliver
340g (12oz) chickpeas, soaked overnight;
1 medium potato, peeled; 5 medium leeks
1 tbsp olive oil; knob of butter 2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced; salt and freshly ground black pepper; 850ml (1.5 pints) chicken or vegetable stock; Parmesan cheese, grated; extra virgin olive oil.
Rinse the soaked chickpeas, cover with water, and cook with the potato until tender. This will take roughly an hour.
Remove the outer skin of the leeks, slice lengthways from the root up, wash carefully and slice finely.
Warm a thick-bottomed pan and add the tablespoon of oil and the knob of butter. Add the leeks and garlic to the pan and sweat gently with a good pinch of salt until tender and sweet. Add the drained chickpeas and potato and cook for 1 minute. Add about two-thirds of the stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
Now decide if you want to puree the soup in a processor or leave it chunky and brothy or puree half and leave the other half whole – which gives a lovely smooth comforting feel but also keeps a bit of texture.
Next add enough of the remaining stock to achieve the consistency you like.
This is classy enough for a starter but it can also be served as a light lunch in a big bowl with a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a grinding of black pepper and an extra sprinkling of Parmesan.

Zala,hej! Vidim,da je bila Vladka azurnejsa.Pozdravcek v Kuvajt!
Sem vceraj naredila ,ker jo ze poznam.Nyah me je samo spomnila nanjo.
V bazi receptov je ni,ker verjetno niso se vnesli – operaterji. Je pa Vladkin recept tocno to.Jaz vcasih zamenjam in dam namesto cicerike(ce je ni) zeleno ali oranzno leco.Je tudi dobro.Verjetno ze kuhas to diseco juhco.

Tudi jaz kuham zdajle brokolijevo juho, le brez cvetače. Brokoli, krompir in česen, pa malo kisle smetane bo šlo na koncu notri 🙂
Zala, jaz sem pa na Koroško kar velikokrat hodila na počitnice k moji teti na Ravne.
Babi, čičeriko bom pa res enkrat poskusila, verjetno kar najprej v tej juhi od J.O.

Ja ja, vam je lahko danes vsem kar malo žal da vas ni na Koroškem. Tako lepega jesensega dne pa že zellllooo dolgo ni bilo!
Tak, zdaj se bom spravila počasi kuhat Stašino juico, samo ne morem se odločit ali bi jo skupaj s cvetačo in brokolijem, samo s cvetačo, samo z brokolijem….?????
Nekaj bo že, glavno da bo dobro (v kar pa pri stašinih receptih ne dvomim), zvečer pa poročam.
